Our Candied Smoked Bacon is out of this world!
Sweet and smoky. Thick and streaky. And delicious with everything from pancakes to burgers, salads to snacks.
We make our candied smoked bacon with our ‘bear’ hands, using bacon from a British family farm where the pigs are able to roam inside and out.
First, the bacon is dry-cured by hand, sliced into thick, chunky strips and smoked over beechwood chippings in the farm smokehouse. We then coat each piece in amber-coloured, Grade A Canadian maple syrup, and bake in the oven until it’s sticky-sweet. Irresistible.
Our bacon is high in protein and gluten free.
How to serve
Squeeze the pack to break up the pieces, then eat any way you like. No need to cook, but 20 seconds in the microwave will make it extra sticky.
How to store/shelf life
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once the pack is opened, eat within 2 days. Not suitable for freezing. 12 weeks shelf life from manufacture, details on pack, usually despatched with minimum 8 weeks shelf life remaining..
